Our Broken Almonds are a mix of Nonpareil and Select Sheller Run (SA SSR) almonds. Broken naturally during the shelling and optical sorting process, they retain the same great flavour and nutritional value as whole almonds.
Ideal for baking, cooking, granola, nut butters, almond flour, and desserts, these almonds save you the time and effort of chopping while delivering the same premium quality.
Limited Availability: Broken almonds are only produced when kernels are naturally damaged during the shelling and sorting process. As a result, quantities vary from harvest to harvest and are only available while stocks last or as the shellinng process goes.
