Returns or Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We want you to be completely happy with your olive oil / almond purchase. If you’ve received a product that is damaged, defective, expired or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are opened, used, or altered in any way, as we cannot guarantee the quality of these items.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thealmondgirl.co.za with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • A brief description of the issue (damaged, defective, incorrect)

Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you with instructions on how to proceed. We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective items to better assist with your claim.

3. Return Shipping:

For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. In cases where the return is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind or opinion of product), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is processed, we’ll either:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Process an exchange for the same product (or a different one if preferred, based on availability).

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used olive oils/almond, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your order before opening.

6. Damaged, Defective, Expired Products:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, expired - please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
