Hi, while I like the oil, it feels like you have changed the olive/ intensity of the oil. This oil is far milder than previous oil I have purchased from you. It is certainly not as peppery (not sure that's the correct adjective) which I feel is a pity.
But this will not deter me from buying from you again in the future.

Hi Caro. Thank you for being a valued customer all these years. Our 2024 harvest was not as peppery as the previous year due to environmental factors. With it being a natural product, different harvest years will differ. We hope that 2025 may deliver a more intense fllavour!
