Store between 0 - 10°C in an airtight container and out of direct sunlight. Store in the fridge and it can last up to 2 years.

My almonds get tested for pesticide residue, micro-analysis and aflatoxins and come out clean every year. The olive oil gets tested for pesticide residue before pressing. I do not add any preservatives to the almonds / olive oil.
