Hi , the delivery process was excellent.
We decanted the olive oil into metal containers ( hope it was not in the plastic too long ? ) as soon as it arrived.
The olive oil ( 2025 harvest ? ) is light and a little on the yellow side with fresh fruit only slightly peppery - what exactly is the olive mix ( or does that vary depending on harvest ?)
