Ingredients

  • 3 large handfuls fresh herbs such as basil or rocket, rinsed and patted dry
  • 125ml grated parmesan or vegan hard cheese
  • 45ml The Almond Girl nonpareil almonds, lightly toasted
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 180ml The Almond Girl Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Salt and milled pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Place herbs, cheese, almonds, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process into a Paste:
    • Process until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Add Olive Oil:
