Rosemary Roasted Almonds
Ideal to pair with a glass of wine or snack between meals, these rosemary roasted almonds are irresistibly savoury and sweet. Perfect for entertaining or a quick, satisfying bite.
Ingredients
- 500 g raw almonds
- Handful rosemary leaves, chopped
- 25 ml olive oil
- 50 ml fine salt
- 60 ml brown sugar
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the almonds. Fry the almonds until golden brown, stirring constantly.
- Add the salt and rosemary and cook for another few minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the sugar. Stir very well until the sugar is absorbed by the nuts.
- Cool down completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container for a few days.
